These Terms govern your use of Anti Terminal (the "Service"), operated by Anti Terminal, based in Brazil ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility: adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to trade digital assets where you live, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Anti Terminal is software that displays market and on-chain data about digital assets, including newly launched tokens, and lets you place trades through a wallet associated with your account. The Service is in development, and features may change, be limited, or be simulated (for example, paper trading) while we build it.

3. No financial advice

Everything shown in the Service, including risk metrics, summaries, charts and content shared by other users, is for informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You alone decide what to trade.

4. Risk

Newly launched crypto tokens are extremely volatile and many lose all of their value. Tokens may be fraudulent, illiquid, or impossible to sell. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Only trade amounts you can afford to lose entirely.

5. Your account and wallet

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login methods secure.
• Wallets are provided through a third-party wallet infrastructure provider. We never store your private keys.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, manipulate markets, defraud others, interfere with the Service, or access it through automated means we have not authorized. Content you post to the social feed must not be unlawful, deceptive or abusive, and we may remove it.

7. Third-party data and services

The Service relies on blockchains and third-party data providers. We do not control them and cannot guarantee that their data is accurate, complete or available at all times.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or change, suspend or end the Service. We will post the updated Terms on this page. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
